Learning stages of Python

If you are from  Tier 3 college  or some other  private college , you may fight with the confusion created by your college teachers to learn C, C++ then some other language. Semester changes, teacher changes, language changes, concept changes but you see no progress, stuck with new language every time and by the time you coverup basics and new concepts along with assignments, attendance and exams another new semester already waiting at your door.
